Peter Petrou fitness caters for individuals, pairs and groups of four or more, all sessions last for 1-hour between :30am and 9pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm Saturday and will design customized training programs.

Peter Petrou fitness caters to individual client needs and custom designs programs, which are updated regularly in order to maintain your improvement and interest.

Obviously I specialize in boxing training but I have helped people train for Tennis, marathons, worked with a junior rugby league team on their conditioning, trained women during pregnancy and after child birth, I even train other personal trainers!

In fact, anyone who wants to get fit and look good.
As well as being a former professional boxer and elite Australian amateur representative, I’m a totally accredited personal trainer and a registered master trainer with the Australian fitness network and childrens trainer with CHISM.

I specialize in boxing training, weights training, core conditioning, weight loss and women’s fitness including exercise during pregnancy and post partum training.
